Ingredients
For the Strawberry Sauce
- ½ lb strawberries, stems removed and cut into small pieces
- ¼ cup white sugar
- Juice of ¼ lemon
For the Blizzard
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened for 5 minutes at room temperature
- ½ cup strawberry sauce
- ½ cup plain cheesecake, cut into small pieces
- ¼ cup graham crackers, coarsely crushed
Directions
- To make the strawberry sauce, add the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a small pan and simmer for 6-7 minutes. Remove from the heat, and cool completely.
- To a medium mixing bowl add the ice cream, strawberry sauce, cheesecake pieces, and graham crackers. Mix with a hand mixer on low speed for 10-15 seconds.
- Transfer to glasses to serve.
