Ingredients
- 1.5 oz aged rum
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz caramelized banana syrup
- 0.25 oz oloroso sherry
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds
- Double strain into a chilled coupe
- Garnish: A thin banana chip on the rim
