Ingredients
- 1 ½ fl oz gin
- ¾ oz elderflower cordial
- 2 oz cloudy apple juice
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
Garnish:
- 3 cucumber ribbons
- 3 slices cucumber
- 4 mint leaves
Directions
- Prepare the glass – Use a peeler to cut long, thin ribbons of cucumber and curl them inside a tall glass/high ball.
- Add the gin, elderflower cordial, apple juice, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice to the shaker, cover, and shake well until chilled.
To Garnish:
- Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice and strain the mixture over it.
- Decorate with the mint and a cucumber slice and a straw.
