Cinnamon Cloud Latte (OL)

You can use the Festive Mug!

Ingredients & Quantity

  • Date Syrop: 10ml
  • OL Cinnamon & Tamarind Coffee: 1
  • Milk 1.5%: 100ml
  • Cream 35%: 500ml
  • Cinnamon Powder & Cinnamon stick: 1
  • Chaï Tea Bag:1

Directions

  1. Into a cream whipper siphon 0,5L, put 500ml of cream and one capsules* of whipper charger. Then shake it vigorously.
  2. Heat up 100ml of milk with the Barista Device (Hot milk mode).
  3. Into a Festive mug, put 10ml of date Syrup and extract a 110ml OL Cinnamon and Candied Tamarind Coffee.
  4. Pour the hot milk into the mug and add 60g of whipped cream on top.
  5. Add a cinnamon stick into the cream and sprinkle some cinnamon Powder.
  6. Optional: Infuse a bag of chai tea in 70 ml of hot water, cool it down, and add it to the siphon with the cream.


Golden Hibiscus Latte (VL)

You can use the Festive Mug!

Ingredients & Quantity

  • Honey: 10ml
  • VL Sweet Almond & Hibiscus: 1
  • Milk 1.5%: 120ml
  • Amarena Cherries (Syrup): 2
  • Edible Rose dried flowers: 1g

Directions

  1. Heat up 120ml of milk 1.5% with the Barista Device (Hot milk mode).
  2. Into a Festive mug, put 10ml of honey and extract a 80ml VL Sweet Almond & Hibiscus (Double Click Recipe mode).
  3. Pour the hot milk into the mug.
  4. Sprinkle some dried edible Rose flowers or similar aromatic edible flowers.
  5. Optional: Add 2 Dark Amarena Cherries (on side)


Minted Coffee Mule (VL)

You can use the barista Mixologist stemmed glass!

Ingredients & Quantity

  • Fresh non treated lime:1
  • Honey: 20ml
  • Nespresso ice cubes (30g): 8
  • Ginger beer:100ml
  • VL Festive black coffee 80ml: 1
  • Mint Sprig: 1

Directions

  1. In a Nespresso Large Mixology glass put half of fresh non treated lime (60 g) cut in 12 pieces, add 20ml of Honey.
  2. Muddle it. Put 6 Ice cubes.
  3. Pour 100ml of Ginger beer. Stir gently while lifting the lime pieces to mix them in.
  4. In a Nespresso shaker, extract 80ml of Coffee and add 4 ice cubes, close the lid, shake vigorously.
  5. Pour the ice coffee it gently in the glass over the mixture. Add a nice branch of non-treated mint leave on top.
  6. Optional: 40ml of Vodka
