Miso Bees-ies

Fermented soybeans in a cocktail? Turns out it’s terrific! This drink is a take on a classic Bee’s Knees with the addition of white miso paste for an earthy, salty-sweet, and floral character. Made with a New Western Dry Gin, you’ll also find notes of lavender and citrus.

Zero Hero

This stirred hero cocktail (a cocktail that can be the main character on any drink menu) will save the day with flavours of allspice, clove, and salted grapefruit. Verjus is a tart, grape-based ingredient that you can use to elongate any drink and is particularly useful in adding depth to non-alcoholic concoctions.

Sesame and Vermouth Tonic

A classic Vermouth and Tonic inspire this simple cocktail. This drink is filled with nutty-on-nutty goodness, playing the marzipan and almond notes of the Amontillado Sherry off a bittersweet black sesame-infused vermouth. The combination makes this Aperitivo perfect for an early fall evening get-together.

S'up With Dat

Loaded with herbal and smoky qualities balanced by the freshness of cucumbers and pine, the guests you serve this to will happily ask you, “S’up wit dat?”
