When it comes to the world of food, many of us are trying to be much more intentional with our choices - and that includes who we support with our spending. There are so many Indigenous ingredients out there that are so easy to incorporate into our daily cooking - and did we mention they're delicious, too?

Chef and culinary consultant Jenni Lessard joined The Social to feature products from Indigenous-owned businesses! From an outstanding maple syrup to a delicious, relaxing tea, these are definitely some ingredients you're going to want to get your hands on.
