Beauty and culture expert Meera Estrada shares seven I-Beauty products that help achieve mind-body balance.

I-Beauty - short for Indian Beauty  - is a philosophy that runs more than skin deep.  It’s all about achieving beauty from the inside out and mind-body balance. There’s a strong significance placed on how your looks affect how you feel, and thus the approach to beauty is truly a holistic one - something that could be a welcome addition to our perspective on beauty as a whole!

Much of I-Beauty is rooted in Ayurvedic ingredients, like those found in many native Indian plants including saffron, moringa and turmeric. There are many different products that truly offer the I-Beauty experience, and today, beauty and culture expert Meera Estrada highlighted some of them for us to try.

Find all of Meera's picks below, and don't forget to watch the video above for more expert beauty advice!
