In 'Disorientation: Being Black in the World', award-winning author and educator Ian Williams shares his personal experiences with readers, while inviting everyone to a discussion that needs to be had. 

Ian joined The Social to share some of his experiences around race and racism, and the word 'disorientation' - the word he uses for the impact of racial encounters on racialized people.
