Winter isn’t done with us yet, but there’s nothing like a hit of colour to brighten things up and get us looking forward to the season ahead. Stylist Erica Wark breaks down some of the hottest colour trends of the year that we can wear right now. 

Pink

The pink trend that was so huge in 2022 isn’t going anywhere. We’re going to continue to see pink going strong this year, including all shades of the colour from soft pinks to bold fuchsia.

Lavender

Icy pastels are going to be huge this year, including lavender, which is really picking up steam. Pastels like lavender play really well with neutrals.

If you’re looking for a different way to style lavender, do it monochromatically! Just add different shades of purple.

Metallic

Metallics are back this year and they’re even better. Although gold is certainly in the mix, silver is going to be making an especially big statement.

Since this is a very neutral look, you can mix things up with some colour—especially a light pink.

Lime Green

Similar to pink, we’re going to see a variety of greens this year and we’re gravitating towards this refreshing lime green shade. They’re calling it “limeade”.
