Make this authentic lobster roll at home.

Ingredients
1.5 lb cooked lobster
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 bunch tarragon
Salt and black pepper
1/4 bunch chives
Celery leaves
Lemon zest
2 top-cut buns
Directions
Coarsely chop the cooked lobster meat.
Fold in the mayonnaise, lemon juice, tarragon, salt and black pepper.
Pile the mix into two buttered and toasted top-cut buns.
Top with finely chopped chives and garnish with celery leaves and some lemon zest. Serve and
enjoy!
