Chocolate and cherry liqueur fondue

Dip your favourite fruit in this delicious and sweet fondue made with both dark and milk chocolate and cherry liqueur. 



  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate callets
  • 1 cup milk chocolate callets
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon cherry liqueur
  • Donut holes, to serve
  • Fresh fruit, cubed (pineapple, banana, strawberries), to serve
  • Marshmallows, to serve


  1. Place the chocolate pellets and cream into a heavy-bottomed pot and melt over medium heat, stirring often.  
  2. Add the cherry liqueur to the pot just before you are ready to serve. 
  3. Serve with long sticks and your favourite chocolate sidekicks. Enjoy!
