Backbone slider

Give your beef sliders an upgrade with this flavour-packed recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon jerk sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 egg
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Toppings of your choice

Directions

  1. Add ground beef, jerk sauce, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, thyme, egg, and breadcrumbs to a mixing bowl and mix. 
  2. Let beef mix marinated for 24 hours. 
  3. Using your hands forms small patties. 
  4. Add oil to a frying pan and place the small patties on the pan. 
  5. Let patties cook for approximately three minutes per side
  6. Place patties on a miniature bun and add onion, lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard, and jerk sauce (or toppings of your choice). Serve and enjoy!
