2 slice of bread, with a circle cut out of the center
2 eggs
Salt and black pepper, to season
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Directions
Combine the oil, garlic, cumin, coriander, thyme, sesame seeds, and parsley in a small bowl and stir to combine.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low. Add two to three tablespoons of the za'atar mixture, followed by the bread.
Crack an egg into the center and season with salt and pepper. Spread some extra za'atar on the top of the bread as well, then top with a lid. Allow cooking for three to four minutes. Remove the lid then increase the heat if need be to properly toast the bread and sesame seeds. Flip and cook for another minute or two then remove and enjoy!
