Tortilla breakfast pizza

This Tortilla Breakfast is easy to throw together and stick in the oven!

Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup sliced yellow and red bell peppers
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 3 eggs
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a cake pan, add your tortilla at the bottom. Add your desired ingredients and top with three cracked eggs.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
