This Tortilla Breakfast is easy to throw together and stick in the oven!

Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla
1 cup spinach
1 cup sliced yellow and red bell peppers
1 cup mushrooms
3 eggs
Salt and black pepper
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to
350°F.
In a cake pan, add your tortilla at the bottom. Add your desired ingredients and top with three cracked eggs.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve and
enjoy!
