Tortilla breakfast pizza

This Tortilla Breakfast is easy to throw together and stick in the oven! 



  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup sliced yellow and red bell peppers
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 
  2. In a cake pan, add your tortilla at the bottom. Add your desired ingredients and top with three cracked eggs. 
  3. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
