Ingredients
1 cup cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup goat cheese
200g cold smoked salmon
1/4 cup finely minced onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped dill
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Using a hand mixer, beat the cream and goat cheese together until smooth.
Cut the smoked salmon into small bite-sized pieces and add to the cheese mixture with the onions, capers, dill, chives, parsley, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Beat just until combined.
Season with pepper and serve as an appetizer with crudité, crackers, sliced baguette, or breakfast or brunch with toasted bagels.
