Smoked Salmon Spread

An easy and creamy breakfast spread perfect for an appetizer with crudité, crackers, and sliced baguette or as breakfast or brunch with toasted bagels.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup goat cheese
- 200g cold smoked salmon
- 1/4 cup finely minced onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
- 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Using a hand mixer, beat the cream and goat cheese together until smooth.
- Cut the smoked salmon into small bite-sized pieces and add to the cheese mixture with the onions, capers, dill, chives, parsley, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Beat just until combined.
- Season with pepper and serve as an appetizer with crudité, crackers, sliced baguette, or breakfast or brunch with toasted bagels.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to five days. Enjoy!
