Caramelized onion and radish galette, with goat cheese and rosemary

You’ve got a flakey, buttery, and mild sweetness from the puff pastry crust, sweetness from the caramelized onions which complement the earthy and sweet flavors of the radishes, and the goat cheese and rosemary add a tangy and bitter-sweet lemony spin.
