Toasted baguettes topped with basil honey butter and sautéed radishes

Herbs from the basil and chives complement the flavor of the radishes, while the fat from the butter balances the earthy, spicy flavour you get. Salted butter works best to balance out the sweetness as well. The brown sugar caramelizes the radishes and makes them a little sweeter.
