Dough
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Topping
1 egg, whisked
3 to 4 tablespoons everything spice
Directions
Combine cream cheese and fresh chives or green onions. Set aside.
Combine almond flour, Greek yogurt, coconut flour, and baking powder. Divide into 12 small cubes.
Flatten cubes and stuff with filling (cream cheese + chives/green onion). Pull the edges of the dough around the filling to form a ball.
Dip bagel balls in egg wash and coat with everything spice.
