Two-bite bagels

These two-bite bagels will melt in your mouth. The high-protein and low-carb dough combined with cream cheese and chive filling makes these bites everything you need on the go.

Ingredients

Filling

  • Cream cheese, cubed
  • Fresh chives or green onions, chopped thinly

Dough

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Topping

  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons everything spice

Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese and fresh chives or green onions. Set aside. 
  2. Combine almond flour, Greek yogurt, coconut flour, and baking powder. Divide into 12 small cubes.
  3. Flatten cubes and stuff with filling (cream cheese + chives/green onion). Pull the edges of the dough around the filling to form a ball.
  4. Dip bagel balls in egg wash and coat with everything spice.
  5. Bake at 425° F for 20 to 25 minutes and enjoy!
