Frozen yogurt bark

Having this frozen yogurt bark with fruit, nuts, berries, and/or granola is so delightful to have on hand as a healthy cooling snack.

Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt (full fat is better)
- Optional: 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1/4 cup nut and/or seeds of choice
- Optional: chopped fresh or dried fruit/berries of choice
Directions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the yogurt on the sheet pan and spread it using an offset spatula. If wanting yogurt sweetened, stir in honey or maple syrup.
- Sprinkle it evenly with granola, coconut, nuts/seeds, and or fruit.
- Freeze until firm, at least three hours, or overnight.
- Remove it from the freezer and break it into large chunks, serve immediately, or store it in a freezer-safe container. Enjoy!
