Frozen yogurt bark

Having this frozen yogurt bark with fruit, nuts, berries, and/or granola is so delightful to have on hand as a healthy cooling snack. 



  • 2 cups plain yogurt (full fat is better)
  • Optional: 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup nut and/or seeds of choice
  • Optional: chopped fresh or dried fruit/berries of choice


  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the yogurt on the sheet pan and spread it using an offset spatula. If wanting yogurt sweetened, stir in honey or maple syrup.
  3. Sprinkle it evenly with granola, coconut, nuts/seeds, and or fruit.
  4. Freeze until firm, at least three hours, or overnight.
  5. Remove it from the freezer and break it into large chunks, serve immediately, or store it in a freezer-safe container. Enjoy!
