Croissant ice cream sandwiches

We’ve all had ice cream sandwiches with cookies or waffles, but have you had a croissant ice cream sandwich? It’s truly next-level. The flaky buttery croissant is the perfect vehicle for creamy, sweet ice cream, adding nice contrast and a truly decadent experience. It’s giving Marie Antoinette at the carnival, “Let them eat ice cream sandwiches!”
