Ingredients

  • Frozen hash brown potatoes
  • Cooked ham (cubed)
  • Frozen peas
  • Cream of celery soup
  • Milk
  • Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • French-fried onions (for topping)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine frozen hash brown potatoes, cubed ham, frozen peas, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle French-fried onions on top for a crispy topping.
  5. Bake in the pre-heated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly. Enjoy!
