Strawberry tequila sour
Bring the sweetness to this sour cocktail with fresh strawberries and maple syrup.

Ingredients
- 3 strawberries, chopped fine
- 2 ounces tequila
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce maple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Strawberries, for garnish
Directions
- Place strawberries, tequila, lime juice, maple syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds (make a show of it!).
- Fill the shaker with ice and strain it into a coupe or your favourite cocktail glass. Garnish with strawberries. Enjoy!
