6 tablespoons bourbon

1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Ice, for shaking and serving

2 small sprigs rosemary

Cherries, for garnish

Lemon peel, for garnish
Directions
- Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour over the bourbon, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake well and pour over ice.
- For a garnish, use a lighter or torch to ignite the rosemary just so that it gets a little smoky. Pop that into each glass and add in a cherry and a strip of lemon peel.
