Banana Blueberry Oat Bread

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup plain 4% Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 medium large)
- 6 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup white whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup quick oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
- 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF and lightly grease a 9 x 5” bread pan. In a large mixing bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
- Add yogurt, banana, maple, and vanilla. Mix in the flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
- Stir in the blueberries and walnuts.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with hemp hearts. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes clean. Let cool. Slice, serve and enjoy!
