3-ingredient strawberry 'cheesecake'

These 'cheesecake' bites are a healthy alternative to the real thing.

Ingredients
- 1 pint of local or organic strawberries
- Fresh soft goat cheese (1/2 to 1 teaspoon per strawberry)
- 2-3 gluten-free graham crackers
Directions
- Wash strawberries and remove tops and slice off bottom (so they stand up).
- Carefully take a knife and carve out a hole in the middle of each strawberry.
- Add goat cheese to each hole.
- Add graham crackers to a small baggy, seal and squish to crumble.
- Sprinkle crumbled graham crackers on goat cheese.
- Eat right away or chill in the fridge for an easy grab and go!
