Aperol veneziano
Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 57 grams Aperol
- 1 cup chilled prosecco
- Club soda, chilled
- Orange slice, for garnish
Directions
- Fill a cocktail glass halfway with ice.
- Add the Aperol and prosecco, and stir.
- Pour in clubs soda (up to 1/4 cup) to top off the glass.
- Garnish the side of the glass with an orange slice and serve.
