Aperol veneziano


  • Ice cubes
  • 57 grams Aperol
  • 1 cup chilled prosecco
  • Club soda, chilled
  • Orange slice, for garnish


  1. Fill a cocktail glass halfway with ice.  
  2. Add the Aperol and prosecco, and stir. 
  3.  Pour in clubs soda (up to 1/4 cup) to top off the glass.
  4. Garnish the side of the glass with an orange slice and serve.
