Bacon wrapped dates with goat cheese and dark chocolate

12 medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup goat cheese
12, 2.5 centimeter pieces of dark chocolate
4 pieces of thick cut bacon, cut into thirds
1/4 cup cranberry jam
Pre-heat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Stuff the dates with a bit of goat cheese and a piece of the dark chocolate. Wrap a piece of bacon around the stuffed date and seal it with a skewer or tooth pick. Brush cranberry jam over the bacon and add them to the parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes or until bacon is crispy and jam has caramelized.
