1/2 cup (125 milliliters) milk chocolate, roughly chopped
1/3 cup (75 milliliters) white chocolate, roughly chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C).
Line a 20 x 20 centimeter baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large microwave safe or heat proof bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate together using the microwave, for 30 second bursts stirring between bursts or over a pot of simmering water.
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
Allow the butter/chocolate mixture to cool slightly then stir the eggs/sugar and mix until combined.
Sift the flour and cocoa powder into the mixture and gently combine.
Stir in the chopped milk and white chocolate.
Pour into prepared baking pan. Bake for 30 – 40 minutes, or until centre is almost set.
Cool in baking pan. Remove using parchment and cut into desired size brownies.
