1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pistachios
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoons melted butter
18 mini phyllo shells
2 tablespoons honey
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a food processor, combine the walnuts, pistachios, sugar, cinnamon, and cloves. Pulse four to six times, just until the nuts are broken up into small pieces. Add the melted butter and pulse another few times, until two to three times to combine.
Transfer two teaspoons of the nut mixture into the phyllo shells and arrange the on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake until they are just golden, eight to 10 minutes.
