Greek salad stuffed mini peppers

These peppers are prepared Greek style with flavour-packed veggies and creamy feta will be a fan favourite at your next party. 



  • 8 mini pepper, sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup English cucumber, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup tomato, seeded and finely diced
  • 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons Greek salad dressing


  1. Prepare the mini peppers by cutting them in half lengthwise and removing any seeds. Arrange them on a platter.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the feta cheese, cucumber, tomato, kalamata olives, and Greek salad dressing.
  3. Fill each mini pepper with the greek salad.
  4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to three days. Enjoy!
