Guacamole toast

This is a super easy and fun way to jazz up store-bought guacamole. Guacamole is awesome on its own, but now it's a Superbowl MVP dip.

Ingredients
- 1 store bought container (250 g) guacamole
- Zest of 1 lime
- A few pinches of smoked mild paprika
- A medium sized handful of crumbled good quality feta
- 1 loaf sourdough bread, slices in 1/2 inch pieces and toasted
- A medium sized handful of pomegranate seeds
- A small handful of microgreens or any tiny fresh green, to garnish
Directions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together the guacamole, paprika, feta, and lime zest. Gently incorporate all ingredients together.
- Add guacamole mixture onto toasted sourdough bread.
- Sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top and garnish with microgreens. Serve and enjoy!
