Guacamole toast

This is a super easy and fun way to jazz up store-bought guacamole. Guacamole is awesome on its own, but now it's a Superbowl MVP dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 store bought container (250 g) guacamole
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • A few pinches of smoked mild paprika
  • A medium sized handful of crumbled good quality feta
  • 1 loaf sourdough bread, slices in 1/2 inch pieces and toasted
  • A medium sized handful of pomegranate seeds
  • A small handful of microgreens or any tiny fresh green, to garnish

Directions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together the guacamole, paprika, feta, and lime zest. Gently incorporate all ingredients together.
  2. Add guacamole mixture onto toasted sourdough bread.
  3. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top and garnish with microgreens. Serve and enjoy!
