This non-alcoholic cocktail is a flavoured with elderflower soda and lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz non-alcoholic butter pea flower infusion spirit
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • Elderflower soda, to top up
  • Elderflower, for garnish

Directions

  1. Add one ounce of seed lip (non-alcoholic spirit) butter pea flower infusion. 
  2. Add one ounce of lemon juice. 
  3. Fill up the glass with elderflower soda. Serve and enjoy!
