A tropical and unusual whisky cocktail.

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Lot No. 40
100% Pot Still Rye Whisky
1/2 oz Coconut Infused Amontillado Sherry
3/4 oz Cashew Orgeat
3/4 oz lemon juice
2 dashes Bittered Sling
Moondog Latin Bitters
Large toasted coconut flakes, for garnish
Mint sprig, for garnish
Directions
Combine all ingredients but the toasted coconut and mint sprig in a cocktail shaker.
Add enough ice to cover the liquid in the shaker, plus a bit more.
Cover and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds.
Pour the contents of the shaker into a 12-oz rock glass and top with cracked ice.
Garnish with the large flakes of toasted coconut and mint sprig.
