Butterfly pea flower gin mule

This drink is very refreshing and easy to make on the go. 



  • 1.5 oz butterfly pea flower infused gin
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 dash maple syrup
  • 8 oz ginger beer
  • Flower ice cubes


  1. Infuse gin with butterfly pea flowers by letting the flowers soak in gin for about two hours. The gin will turn a dark blue colour once it is ready. Remove the flower once desired colour is accomplished.
  2. To mix, put one shot glass full of gin into a mason jar or cup of choice, and add lime juice, maple syrup and ginger beer.
  3. Stir and taste. Add ice or flower ice cubes to keep chilled. Enjoy!
