This drink is very refreshing and easy to make on the go.
1.5 oz butterfly pea flower infused gin
1 lime, juiced
1 dash maple syrup
8 oz ginger beer
Flower ice cubes
Infuse gin with butterfly pea flowersby letting the flowers soak in gin for about two hours. The gin will turn a dark blue colour once it is ready. Remove the flower once desired colour is accomplished.
To mix, put one shot glass full of gin into a mason jar or cup of choice, and add lime juice, maple syrup and ginger beer.
Stir and taste. Add ice or flower ice cubes to keep chilled. Enjoy!
