Skip the roses this Valentine's Day and make this romantic rose-inspired cocktail for your special someone.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz rose gin
  • 0.5 oz raspberry syrup
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz egg white

Directions

  1. Add two ounces of rose gin. 
  2. Add half an ounce of raspberry syrup. 
  3. Add 0.75 ounces of lemon juice. 
  4. Add one ounce of egg white. 
  5. Pour the drink into the glass. Enjoy!
