Hibiscus Syrup
1 cup boiled water
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup dried hibiscus flower
Cocktail
1.5 oz cognac
0.5 oz guava juice
1 oz grapefruit juice
0.5 oz Hibiscus Syrup
Directions
Hibiscus Syrup
Combine one cup of boiled water with one cup of granulated sugar, and stir in one-quarter cup of dried Hibiscus Flower until sugar dissolves. Let it come to room temperature before serving. Strain and can be left in the fridge for up to two weeks.
Cocktail
In a shaker, fill it with ice and add cognac, guava juice, grapefruit juice, and hibiscus syrup. Give this a GOOD shake. Double strain into a coupe glass and enjoy.
