1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place flour, salt, and pepper in a dish and mix. Add eggs into another dish and whisk together with salt and pepper to taste. Place crushed potato chips in last dish.
3. Dredge chicken tenders in flour, shaking off excess, followed by the egg and lastly the potato chips ensuring they’re well coated.
4. Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy on the outside and cooked through to the middle.
5. Serve with ranch and hot sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
