This non-alcoholic cocktail utilizes a bit of beet juice mixed with honey, a very classic pairing. This bright pink cocktail is the perfect little aperitif to open up your palettes.

1.5oz non-alcoholic spirit
0.25oz beet juice
0.5oz lemon Juice
0.5oz honey

Directions

Shake your favourite non-alcoholic spirit, beet juice, lemon juice, and honey in a cocktail tin.
Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with dill sprig - bringing out some savoury freshness of the cocktail. Enjoy!
