Ingredients

1 1/2 oz rum
3/4 oz red bitter aperitivo such as Campari
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Pineapple frond, lime wheel or edible flowers, for garnish

Directions

Add rum, aperitivo, pineapple and lime juices and syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into a glass with ice or crushed ice.
Garnish with pineapple frond. Enjoy!
