Sour beer spritz
Ingredients
- 2 oz Aperol
- 3 oz unflavoured sour beer
- 1 oz soda water/sparkling water (I use grapefruit flavoured sparkling water, but use whatever you’ve got handy)
Directions
- In a large wine glass, gently place a few cubes of ice. Pour in the Aperol, top with the sour beer and soda. Garnish with a slice of orange.
