San Baltazar Julep cocktail

  • 1.25 ounce Mezcal Koch
  • 3/4 ounce Cocchi Americano
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup (1 part water to 1 water granulated sugar)
  • 1/3 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 sprigs of mint (1 for garnish)


  1. Grab a julep tin and muddle two sprigs of mint.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and fill 3/4 way with crushed ice. Stir until combined.
  3. Top up with more crushed ice, insert reusable straw and add remaining mint sprig.
