Ingredients
1.25 ounce Mezcal Koch
3/4 ounce Cocchi Americano
1/2 ounce simple syrup (1 part water to 1 water granulated sugar)
1/3 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 sprigs of mint (1 for garnish)
Directions
Grab a julep tin and muddle two sprigs of mint.
Add the rest of the ingredients and fill 3/4 way with crushed ice. Stir until combined.
Top up with more crushed ice, insert reusable straw and add remaining mint sprig.
