Blue truffle cocktail
This is so different from what you would normally expect. I love the savoury edge to this cocktail, and while admittedly these ingredients are certainly polarizing, those who love it, will really love it.
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 oz Cruxland Gin
- 1/2 oz dry Vermouth
- 3 blue cheese stuffed olives
Directions
- In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in gin and vermouth. Stir to combine and chill and strain into a coup. Garnish with blue cheese olives.
