Chocolate coconut latte

  • Melted dark chocolate
  • Toasted shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup brewed strong coffee (espresso)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 cup coconut milk


  1. Dip mug into melted chocolate to coat the edges, and then into shredded coconut to create a decorative rim.
  2. Pour hot coffee into mug, and add dark chocolate chips and brown sugar. Stir until chocolate and sugar have completely dissolved.
  3. Next, froth coconut milk in milk frother. Pour steamed milk over coffee/chocolate mixture, and top with foam.
