Christmas royale

  • 30 milliliters (1 ounce) pure cranberry juice, not cocktail*
  • 15 milliliters (1/2 ounce) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 30 milliliters (1 ounce) gin
  • 60-90 milliliters (2-3 ounces) crémants, well chilled
  • Lemon twist
  • Sliced fresh cranberries


  1. In a champagne flute, combine the cranberry juice, lemon juice, gin, and chilled crémants, and give it a gentle stir.
  2. Serve garnished with a lemon twist and a few sliced fresh cranberries.

*You can find pure cranberry juice in the organics section of most large grocery stores.
