Cozy up on a cold night with this warming, spiced cocktail.

Ingredients
1 ounce Jameson Irish Whiskey
1/4 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
1/4 ounce Amaro Nonino
1 1/2 ounces Guinness reduction
2 ounces Guinness
1 egg white
Angostura bitters
Guinness Reduction
2 cups Guinness draught
3/4 cup brown sugar
Directions
Combine all ingredients except the Guinness Draught and Angostura Bitters in a shaking tin and vigorously dry shake for one minute.
Add ice and shake for a further 10 seconds and double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Allow cocktail to rest for a few seconds and slowly pour in the Guinness Draught to layer over top of the cocktail. Finish with the Angostura Bitters over top.
Guinness reduction
Combine all ingredients into a medium sized pot and bring to a rolling boil. Once the mixture begins to boil reduce heat to a light simmer.
Allow to reduce for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
