Classic Champagne cocktail
A perfect cocktail for an Oscars party! But don't let us stop you there - this cocktail would be welcome just about anywhere.

Ingredients
- 1 sugar cube
- 2–3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 ounce brandy
- Prosecco, Cava, or Champagne, chilled
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish
- Orange slice, for garnish
Directions
- Drop a sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute and drop two to three dashes of the bitters directly onto the cube.
- Pour the brandy into the glass and top with your favourite bubbly!
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange slice and watch those bubbles go!
