A perfect cocktail for an Oscars party! But don't let us stop you there - this cocktail would be welcome just about anywhere.

SERVES
1

Ingredients

  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2–3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 ounce brandy
  • Prosecco, Cava, or Champagne, chilled
  • Maraschino cherry, for garnish
  • Orange slice, for garnish

Directions

  1. Drop a sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute and drop two to three dashes of the bitters directly onto the cube. 
  2. Pour the brandy into the glass and top with your favourite bubbly! 
  3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange slice and watch those bubbles go!
