Ingredients

2 avocados, pitted and mashed

1/4 cup (60 g) very finely diced red onion

1/2 jalapeno, seeded and very finely diced

1 clove garlic, finely minced

3 tablespoons (20 g) chopped cilantro

1 lime, juiced

1 teaspoon (5 g) kosher salt
Directions
- In a medium bowl, stir together ingredients. If making ahead, squeeze extra lime juice on surface and cover directly with plastic wrap. Use same day. Stir together when ready to eat.
