12 radishes, thinly sliced

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/2 cup (120 milliliters) rice vinegar

1/2 cup (120 milliliters) water

2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) sugar

1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) salt
Directions
- Thinly slice radishes and transfer to a jar.
- Add garlic, vinegar, water, sugar, and salt to the jar.
- Cover and shake well.
- Cool in the refrigerator for twenty minutes before serving.
