6 corn tortillas

2 tablespoons canola oil

2 tablespoons nutrional yeast

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stack tortillas one on top of the other and cut into 6 even triangles. Place triangles in a large bowl with oil and toss to coat.
- In a small bowl mix all the remaining ingredients until well combined.
- Sprinkle spice mixture over tortilla triangles, and toss to coat ensuring each tortilla is completed covered with spice.
- Arrange tortillas triangles on a baking sheet and place in oven. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges of the tortilla are slightly browned. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 1 hour to allow the tortillas to crisp up.
- Enjoy right away or store in an air-tight container for later consumption.
